hey man what do u use to secure ur interchangeable ports??? I don't kno what the lil things like meade uses are calld.

the one he build for me was bolts with some kinda inserts in the wood with thread forgot the name of it but it goes in the wood and the bolts go in it like havin a nut in teh wood

Those are called T-nuts. I have them on the box Canaan built for me.....

I use T-nuts and 1/4" bolts 2" long.

alright. i got sum thigns that look like that. idk wat they're calld but they hammer in inside the box and its basically like that.

Don't ever use t-nuts in mdf. Eventually it will come loose and when you go to remove a driver it will spin and you're screwed. For the last few years I have been using hurricane nuts and I coat the outside with epoxy before I hammer them in.

^^^^thats wat i got Brad. it came from a local hardware store, and it jus has bigger threads comin off of it. I think its for 1/4" or 3/8" bolts. havent' got em put in tho.
