problems with horn honking on car and draining the battery. i bought i new one, and now a week later the car started honkin again. does it have something to do with the remote start battery draining the car battery? i have a viper remote start from best buy. the only way for it to stop is the fuse for radio and horn, other wise it will stop after two minutes, but will start honkin as soon as the door is opened. NO ALARM WAS PUT IN. 1998 chry sebring LXI. HELP?
