im at school about to build my box....where should i mount the sub....its fireing up but shoul i just mount it anywhere??? i read somewhere that u should mount it so its not equadistance from any side...let me know what u think
Its not really a big deal where you choose to mount it. All up to you. Mine is in the middle of the box but I have seen ones that have it off to one side.
You'll notice that subs facing towards the back, and at least 8" away from the wall yeilds best bass. Of course this is not always true cause of different car/trunks.
