DD quit sellin direct b/c thats how everyone was ordering, and local dealers were missing out. DD quit doing that so that more people would support local dealers, however, i thought their policy was that if u dint hav a dealer close then they would sell directly to u. Also, they dont allow dealer to sell otu of their area, meaning they aren't supposed to ship orders.
I called DD not to long ago and told them I'm looking to get some subs. And I told them there were NO dealers in my area. They said we'll handle if for just pay shipping. But when it comes down to it they give me the run around yes dd gave me the run aound. I see how dd works f u c k the little guy but in fact the little guy is what made them in to what they are today. They just LOST a sale I'm going to go with T3 Aduio.
their business to me seems shady. i asked em bout reconing my 9512s to 9515s and wantd a total price for a recone if i sent it in to them. they told em 130 shipped. then i later found out it woulda been in the 200s cuz they woulda charged me for a basket, glue, and labor and other lil things. But still can't deny they make awesome products.
yup i got a 9918c now. before i sold my 9512s i was gunna hav em made into 9515s, but then i found out the REAL price i would get charged, and decided to sell em and get the 99
