I have 2 audiobahn 12" AW1206T Subs. i was looking for the best amp i could get to power both of them. I was thinking about getting the A12001DT, or the A18001DT, but do you think it would be a bad idea? I want to get an Audiobahn amp and I have no budget thanks for the help!!!

dual 4ohm and 1100W rms. Those subs will need almost every last watt to really get going - i have them. You should get JBL bpx2200.1 and wire the subs to 4ohms, it apprently gives more power at that impedance. It's about $650 shipped on eBay. You can also get RF T2000Bd for the same price and wire it at 1ohm. For $100 less you can get hifinics xx-hercules. For about $670 shipped you can get orion hcca-d5000, but be careful with it, it's a beast.

A Cadence dca2500 or Rockford t20001 would be good, or for a lower budget an Autotek mm2000.1, Hifonics XX Hercules, or a Hifonics bxi2006d.

i really wouldn't recommend throwing that much power at them subs, i had 700 running to each of mine before and one of them blew, way overrated on the whole rms deal, i think they just do that to attract people

^^I disagree! I had them 10's rated at 900W rms and they're getting at least that, they pound. When they got less, they didn't. Kyle, get an amp that will give you at least 2000W rms and in case that's too much, turn the gain down. So, do NOT get hifonics bxi2006d. If you're not on a budget, I'd go with the JBL just because you can get over 2KW RMS out of it at at 4ohm.
