There is some video on line of a Ford GT with twin turbos and it is most definetly a hand full to drive. They almost wreacked it in the first pass on a quarter mile track. Check that video out. The GT wasn't made just to haul @ss, but to haul @ss around curves hehe. Even ole boy in Great Britan bought one off of Top Gear . He basically said screw the european super cars.I LOVE the new Dodge Challenger , and hate the Camaro. Never been a Chevy fan but I like the Chevelle, and new vette, but that Camaro is not my favorite. Honestly, the new mustang I dont't care for much either. My mach was my baby though. The BEST Ford built car today still, besides the GT. I ran a 12.96 stock with 34 miles on the dash in the 1/4. C5 vette couldn't hang, nor did trans am, or SS camaro. Fun to drive too. My other buddy has a mach as well and putting a pro charger F1 on here and will be around 750 to the wheels when done bwahaha. Kevin |

My 440 block was a '72 casting, and when I tore it apart the first time, it had stock 8:1 CR flat-top pistons and rods. Talk about lousy compression. |

I would also add that if it is really at 454 cu inches than it has mighty thin cylinder walls and will not last as long as it could have at a smaller cu inch displacement. JMO Oh and seen this today: Ford recalled over 500,000 2001-2004 Ford Escapes due to a potential engine fire issue. WOW! |
