New member Username: AbcmutePost Number: 1 Registered: Apr-07 | I have recently bought a Solobaric L7 15" and a Solobaric L5 15" but I don't know what amplifier to buy to make sure they are getting all the power they need. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. P.S. Are there any other things I should consider buying like a capacitor or an extra battery? |

Gold Member Username: 420alldaylongPost Number: 1287 Registered: Sep-06 | The L5 15" is 750 watts and the L7 15" is 1000 watts are you trying to run both subs. Oh what ohm are the subs. |
New member Username: AbcmutePost Number: 2 Registered: Apr-07 | For the former reply, I don't really have a budget so any suggestions are useful. But why can't I run both together? That doesn't make sense, at least to me. For the latter reply, yes I am trying to run both subs and how do I find out how many ohms they have? |

Gold Member Username: 420alldaylongPost Number: 1292 Registered: Sep-06 | It depends on the ohm. So when you find out what ohm we can help. |
New member Username: AbcmutePost Number: 5 Registered: Apr-07 | On the Kicker website it says either 2 or 4 ohms. Does that help? |
Gold Member Username: 420alldaylongPost Number: 1294 Registered: Sep-06 | NO It should say some where on the subs. |
New member Username: AbcmutePost Number: 6 Registered: Apr-07 | Oh thats right. They are 2 ohms each. And should I consider buying an extra battery and capacitor? |
Silver Member Username: SheriffPost Number: 292 Registered: Jan-07 | I wouldn't run those two subs in the same car. |
Gold Member Username: 420alldaylongPost Number: 1296 Registered: Sep-06 | I agree with Corey Dalton don't run them together. If it was me I would run the L7 15" in a vented box with a Hifonics BXi1206 or BX1205. But thats what I would do. |
