are these comps any good? i can get a set on ebay for around $180. is there anything better for for the same or lower price? i dont need perfection in my sound but i want somthing respectable, clean sounding and pretty durable. i prefer hard tweeters to soft or maybe even semi hard, i like a little harshness in my highs.

the D661 are decent, nothing great. i prefer the old Hex's are good but really haven't enjoyed the newer stuff. Their new subs were disappointing. I prefered diamond for their amps. 150$ doesn't offer you too many choices except ebay.

yea i know im on kind of a tight budget but i do not need amazing speakers i just want somthing that sounds clean and crisp and h=does not distort alot. So diamond is pretty much my best value then?
