I am the owner of Low-Hz.com and am looking to hookup some local guys with some RD Audio products. If anyone is from the CT/MA/RI area and looking for a new system let me know. Whoever I go with will get VERY low prices, well below dealer cost.

So let me know what you guys have to offer, and hopefully I will find some good cadidates here.

Thanks,

Ben

HAHA. The only way I would do that is if it was someone who had a LOT to offer. Of course I am always open to suggestions, but it will take someone special to get any type of sponsorship that far away.

I have a Chevy S10 Extended cab with 1 15" MA Audio MA1500XL powered by a Hifonics TXi7506. I have been into car audio for about 6 months now. I have yet to attend any competitions because I have never heard of any around here.

Well people post your credentials. I want to hear about your cars, see pics if possible, and hear about what you have run and what you want to run in the future. Of course I would prefer a local guy, but if someone great comes along that I can't pass up, I just may have to go with that person.

I would like to try anything new in the future, as long as it gets loud and has good SQ. I would love to participate in some competitions and to represent RD if that is what you would like.

btw that bassrace score was with 2 orion 2500d. the new bassrace score with these amps will be even more insane.

also if each subs can't take 4000wrms each then i would just use one amp.

i got an 07 rav4 (may not be the car ur looking for) but everything is installed to perfection, no visible wires cant see the amps, they are hidden. the sub box holds 3 diamond audio d3s, and is almost exactly as wide as my trunk, and is the same exact color, so it looks like it was made to be there. got a panasonic flip up screen in the dash, and polk db5250 components in the back doors, and polk mmc6500 component speakers in teh front doors. the tweeters are flush mounted in the doors...looks good

Blaine got pics?

Chad Lee...It is good to see someone with some expieriance. And I have read a lot about those amps. They put out some impressive numbers.

The RD subs would have no trouble handling them for burps. It would take one of the higher level spl subs to handle 4000rms daily each, but for burps even the lower lines could handle it.

Let me know what you are thinking for your next setup. What funds do you have to work with, and how many subs and what sizes are you looking for. And I will talk with Steve (owner of RD) to see what I can do for you.

Ill get pics and all later.... at work right now.

I think i am fairly knowledgable in car audio, i have been doing it for about 3 years now, and have people thinking my sounds sound better then local dealer installed systems :-) never been to a comp yet as there isnt many around Chicago, and my previous systems kinda sucked, but now with my these new subs id drive far enough to make a comp.... but now i got a pair of 9515s i got from lowhz ;). If it was possible to get 2 RD5000.1's ... id deffinetly show them off and get the name out there, i have the 2 9515F's ran at 1ohm daily on a Earthquake PHD5000D right now but i am debating on replacing it with different brands as it was. I also wouldnt mind trying there comp. speakers. But i am far... :-(

I've got an 04 Yukon Denali with about 14 cubes to work with, haha.

Right now I've got 1 15 inch Treo SSX in 4.5 cubes ported to 33 Hz. It's being run off a Hifonics BX1500D until I can get a HO alternator. I've got a Panasonic CQ VD7003U Flip out unit in dash. 4 guage wire running throughout the whole car (I need an upgrade).

cool showrides. if things work out then i'll end up getting the high spl models cause i want to use them for daiy.

i think funds shouldn't be that much of a problem since i would only need 2 subs.

Ben, how are you doing?

I live in St. Louis and have been into car audio for about 3 years and installing for 2 (im 18). I own an 03 Mercury Mountaineer and I am currently using...
(1)Clarion VRX755VD
(4)Elemental Designs 16Ov.2s
(2)Elemental Designs NINe.1s
(1)Hertz Audio/Audison HI-Enegry HSK163 3-way speaker system...not installed yet
(1)Hertz Audio/Audison HI-Energy HV 165 6.5 speakers...not installed yet
(2)Elemental Designs NINe.2x
(1)Excessive Amperage 300A alt.
(1)Stinger SP1750 battery
(1)Memphis 1/0 gauge wire
(1)Audiocontrol DQT EQ...just ordered yesterday.

I'm currently making fiberglass door panels for the dual 6.5 set up and i should have them finished in the next week or so. I'm also rebuilding my box to make it a 4 15 isobaric box with subs firing front to front up and down, pics of that will be up within 2-3weeks. My goal is to have an extremely good sounding sq based setup that hits 150dB+.

If your interested in giving me any type of rebates for a single 18, dual 18, dual 15 or quad 15 (~3000rms total) set up, I would be very thankful.

Thank you,
Jake Papa

Nice Jake.

How are those Ov.2s?
Reliable?

What's that box tuned to?
Ever get it metered?

How about those Hertz speakers? You heard them at all yet ?

The Ov.2s are some of the best sq/sql subs out for the money in my opinion. They sound great in a smaller sealed box and also sound pretty good in ported boxes. I have an 11cuft box with 126 inches of port tuned to 33-34hz and hit just over 152dB. The new isobaric box should sound alot better and still hit 150+dB. Ive heard the Hertz hi-energy 2 ways and the energy 3 ways, so far I am very impressed and cant wait to hear my hi-energy 3 ways with dual 6.5s.

Jake I would like to work something out with you. What is the best way to get ahold of you?

And I am looking for a few people, so keep posting guys.

Also, do you guys know how to make videos and get them on the computer? That is something I will want from the people I partially sponsor who aren't from around my area.

Showrides, I also have an Oldsmobile Aurora without any system in it yet. I would love to get some stuff in there and if you could get me some good deals that would be great. I could rep your store in any comps that I enter and you could find some comps for me. I would be looking for a few sets of new speakers, sub(s), and amp(s). I would be looking for maybe 2 12's, 2 15's, 1 15' or 1 18'. Let me know what you think man.
