^^^ Seems like you don't know what you're talking about... The LMS will provide great SPL, but all of the TC sounds speakers are made for VERY low distortion. The woofers are very different, though. The LMS excels in smaller boxes. For instance, the optimal ported enclosure for the 15 is 2.6 cubes. That is unheard of... The optimal box for the 18 inch LMS is still smaller by half a cubic foot than the optimal 15 inch box for the XXX. That being said, both woofers will have nice SQL, but I would say the LMS would own in SPL.

5200 still sounds very nice. the 5200 needs some eqing down low... kyle himself said this... i run 5200's (2-18's of 2 rockford t30001's in my lincoln navigator, still to be installed) and 1 18" 5200 off a kicker zx2500.1 in my grand prix... did a 149.2 at 39 hz in the grand prix.... not bad for one sub.. xxx is more sql... also- did accordman tell you how the xxx has almost no output in the 60+hz range?

^^^ That's what I was saying rajeev... Dumba*s.. No sub TC makes is pure SPL... That's comparing the 5200 to the Solo X. Don't belittle me and act like I didn't know which speaker he was talking about...

Where on TC's website does it say the 5200 is a pure SPL driver?

"Our goal with the TC-5200 was to take one of the most robust platforms we have introduced to the market, and build a driver that inherits all the impeccable subsonic signatures of our TC series drivers but with a virtually unlimited power handling"

That's directly from TC's website... Hence the inherits all the impeccable subsonic signatures. TC doesn't make a driver with high levels of distortion. Glad you know that now.
