"lol..how much was the car???and then the rims???"

how much isn't important :-)

On that note I've done the rims worth more than the car thing before

LMAO!

Maybe I should put a machine that dispenses tickets and even assigns court dates in my dash too?

"all i have to say is thats a perfect fit. very nicely done."

thx! I've gotten this a few times, although people assume they are 18's due to the size of the car, everyone has to admit it fills the gap nicely. I have to agree - when I first saw the rim on there for testing I couldnt help but smile :-)

"thats tight marky"

The car has a skinny/fat/skinny "theme" to it. The hood/nose of the car is a prime example. The side of the car too, skinny, slight bulge, then skinny.

The rims are "5 spoke' but the 3 spokes of each "spoke" (lol) are skinny, fat, skinny.

Makes for a very agressive, yet very well matched look to the eye... at least to my eye!

Yes I actually think about things like this lol.

Any rubbing on those rims? On corners, or bumps?

front rubs on slight turns + bumps... other than that I'm good all the way until full lock.

Needs a teeny trim of the front and rear well, both just plastic and part of the front/rear bumpers... I may just leave it as is, not really gonna hurt anything with a little scrape now and then.

so did you fix it or just let it scrape? whats the worst that can happen? wont the tire just wear down a lot faster?

depends on how bad it scrubs.

remember what the tire goes through just touching the road... a little scrub isnt so bad. Now, if it cuts into the tire thats another problem.

I have a feeling I'm going to run into that problem with rubbing when I get my system. My car is lowered 2.1" in front and 1.6" in back.
