i am giving 5000wrms to my 2 15" btl's right now and they take it fine. i am about to upgrade that to 8000wrms.

2000wrms won't even do anything to those subs. if you get those subs you better be ready to give them at least 2500wrms each.

that amp for 2 btl's? not enough.

also i wouldn't put 2 18s in your trunk unless you can fit a 10 cuft net box.

go with 2 15s or 3 12s.

also at least 2 of those amps you mentioned.

if you don't power it properly, the subs won't be efficient.

if you must go with 2 18s, then i suggest you get 2 18 BL's for that amp.

also if you get the btl's, i wouldn't even bother hooking it up to that jl amp.

That's not enough power, for 2 BTLs you will need at least 4000 watts.

2000 watts would be good for one.

still not 4000 though. i don't know where you'd get 4000 rms for around $500, but i'd like to find out

i was telling him he needs 2 of those massive audio amps for 2 btl's. i was under the impression that he is willing to spend $500 on each amp.

if you are not going to have too much power, i would suggest you get the BL's.
