I ordered and got my sub 2 weeks ago. I noticed that the gasket around the sub had 2 scrapes gouges on the rubber. Im compulsive about things like that so i emailed scott. He apologized and said he would mail me a new one.

Last night I got a package and it was a rubber gasket. I didnt think he would really mail me one. Cause I have to handle customers and sometimes I bullshit on small things like that. Anyways, I got a gasket for a 15 inch sub, i have a 12. ehhh but i got 2 silver fi decal for my car that match perfectly. So Im happy.

I would email scott back about the wrong size gasket, but after looking at my sub for so long. the problem i complained about isnt even noticable that much. so, if anyone needs a gasket for a 15 inch sub. hit me up.

Sending the wrong part is excellent customer service? Glad you're happy though. My Q came pretty well intact. Only glitch was it being sent to the wrong state. Lol.

and yea, they do have good serive from what ive heard...my transaction with them went through very smoothly, no problems whatsoever and their email response time is pretty good as well
