hey guys i was searching around on this forum and a couple others, and these look like some of the heavy hitters people are talking about. with everything built to specs (right power and box) I dont have an amp right now im still looking around for subs
Which can take a beating? Which has more output? which has better sq? Who has heard or installed the subs?
i'd really only consider the tc or audioques'. the mtx's get loud but that's it, same as the kickers, but have better build over the kickers'. rockford sucks.
how duriable are the 06L7's? i can get two 15's from onlinecarstereo.com with a 5 year warrenty for $638 that $100 less than the audioques i heard people hitting 149+ with L7's thats all i need for right now}
spend the extra money on something better. have heard the 06's have slightly better build quality, but i still wouldn't buy them. to many past troubles to make me believe their worth the money.
the L7 build quality sucks compared to the AQ and probly the tc sounds due to the square design...if you have enough power the HD will get extremely loud and actually sound decent...the L7 has absolutely no sq...pure spl
L7s are absolutely terrible quality. RF and MTX are not great either. I don't have experience with TC but I hear they're good. The Audioque HD3 is no doubt the best on that list.
well im looking at the kicker zx1500.1 is that enough power for tha HD's if not i have $460 for an amp. is there anything better with more power than the kicker? and do it have any other sub more efficient than the HD3's
