I have a 2001, don't know if it is the same. First of all pull out your ashtray. Put your tilt all the way down and your shifter all the way in low 1. Be sure to chock your wheels to keep the car from rolling. Now you need to remove the bezel, the plastic piece that goes all the way around the radio and instrument cluster. This is only heald on with clips so be gentle when prying up. The radio itself is heald in by four 9/32" screws. If you are undecided if you need to pull the bezel off again later then leave it off, everytime you remove it you remove some of the material from the dash and can make it more loose in mounting. Hope this helps...Polo. :-)
