ok i have a hifonics 2006D mono block amp running 2 L5 06 dual 2 ohm and i want 2 add another a dual 2 ohm L5 so it would pull 1.33ohm load from the amp and it has it divided for 2 subs on the audio outputs 2 the sub so how would i wire it ????????
You can do 1.33 ohm if you wire all 3 subs at 4- Ohms each, and parallel them all together, leaving you 1 main + & - (hence class D amp). The power would be disprered to all 3 of them equally. I hope this helped, the last 1/2 kind of threw me off, so I wasnt sure if I answered you.
