I have a 2004 F-150 supercab, and I am mounting an amp. Anyone ever do this before, and do I have to use a piece of wood between the amp and the carpet if I go under the rear seat??

Thanks, Chris

if you want it to look nice most people will carpet a piece of MDF then mount that to the floor then mount the amp to the wood. It also helps so that you don't ground out the amp on the chassis also.
