I have a noob question. I have a four channel amp, two running the front channel and the back two bridged and running a sub wired at 8 ohms. I want to send the sub more power so would I be able to wire each of the rear channels to each of the two 4 ohm voice coils? Thanks.

What amp is it and is it stable at 2 ohms bridged? If it is, then you can wire the coils in parallel (pos to pos, neg to neg) to get a 2ohm load. But be sure your amp's 2 ohm stable.
