Heres my problem. i have a Infinity home subwoofer and ive blow the sub twice now and now im looking to buy a different sub to put in it so it doesnt blow as easy.

The box is 1.75 after sub and vent displacment. It is tuned between 35-40hz i think. The amp is 500 watts (not rms). I needs to run at a final independence of 4ohms so i either need a DVC 2 ohm sub or a SVC 4ohm sub.

I was thinking the Audioque SD2...suggestions appriciated

you would have to find someone selling theirs... the assassins shouldnt be very hard to find... the altas maybe, nobody wants to get rid of their atlas.

thats a nice sub if you dont want to hunt for AA subs. although that box is not inclined for home audio... a larger lower tuned enclosure would give you MUCH better results.
