I have JBL GTO 75.4 II and it's absolutely awesome. $175 shipped on eBay.

sorry Oleg, but in the jbl GTO 75.4 features the max input signal is 5.8 V. do i have to change or install something aditional? cause the 12 v battery...sorry if i said something wrong but i need to be sure.. thanks

Input signal voltage means the voltage from the headunit on the RCA cables. That amp will work.

Yeah, it's the voltage of pre-amp outputs from your head unit. Most head units are 4-5V and I doubt you have an eclipse :-) What kind of HU(cd player) do you have?
