Quick OHM question for sub/amp

I'm kinda stumped since I've only used amps that are 2 and 1 OHM stable, but a buddy of mine has a cheap rockford punch Z and my girlfriend is giving him an old MTX Thunder 102 amp.

The sub runs at 8 OHMs, 100 RMS, 200 peak
The amp puts out 100 RMS at 4 OHMs bridged.

Will there be any problems with the setup?
