what would be a good tunning for home audio.. i got some cheap pro studio subs that i am goin to change the box on.. u might be able to see that @ sears or something... they're 4 15"s

tune them low for home audio..around 28 hz would be good.

Lower then 28. Try around 20 hertz.

I SAID 15 HERTZ SINCE MOST MOVIES LIKE JURASSIC PARK THE FOOT STEPS ARE I THINK 12HZ..

Sorry wasnt really thinking that much. I would say tune low. Nick and Rob are right. Anywhere from 15-20 should work out well.

how many sqare inches should the area of the port be.... max can be a port of 4x7 inches... but if i do the it will have to be about 80-85 to be @ 20 hz so thats to much... my box will be 37.5x17x15.5 T/W/D... i also have PVC pipe if that will work better.. i have 2" 2.5" 3" and 6".. only about 20" of the 6"

Straight from SI, HT on the 15" MAG should be @29hz. Plenty deep enough.
