Could somebody please give me a diagram of how I will have to wire a 15" Fi SSD Dual 2 ohm sub, and a A8002v amp at 800x1, bridged.

Thanks for your help, and last question about these subs wiring, I SWEAR! ;)

Or you can save yourself the trouble and just back up one of Sinful's pictures for me to go by.

Thanks.

If its bridged than is probably @ 4 ohms.

its very simple for what your doing... take one of the voice coils negativs and connected it to the positive of the opposite coil, then you have + and - left, connect it to the amp bridged, + to + on amp, and - to - on amp(bridged mode of course)

It is 1x 800W RMS @ 4 Ohms, so hopefully that will help. Also, is bridged mode a setting on the amp?

NO. Bridged is using the + from one speaker channel and the - from the other speaker channel. That is bridged. I knew it was 800 x 1 @ 4 ohms eventhough I have never read or seen this amp before. Its just that usually A/B channel amps usually giv their bridged wattage at 4 ohms.

Why with all the confusion here. He doesnt have to bridge it. He has an amp that does 400watts rms at 2ohms per channel... so all he has to do is connect each channel to each vc therefore he gets the 800watts total that he wants. He can also bridge it but he has to connect the vc's in series then bridge the amp. Same thing

I want to put out the 800 RMS, it can also do 200 at 4 and 400 at two.

Im still kinda confused, a diagram would be best, im new and learn best with pictures.

your sub is DVC 2ohm if i remember right from the other thread, connect the negative from one of the voice coils to the positive of the other voicecoil, the sub is now 4 ohm. To run the amp bridged most likly the amp will have some sort of line sorta pointing at the + and - terminal on the amp with the word bridged in it. The terminals the line ends at are the 2 terminals your want.. connect + from the speaker to + and negative from the sub to negative on the amp...
