What you meant to ask if the amp is stable at 1 ohm. Look up your amp online and see if it can be wired at 1ohm. and if it can, then you need a alpine type r dual 2, not a dual 4. 1 dual 4 can only be wire to 2ohms which is safe on the amp but you won't see all of the power from the amp. but if you have two dual 4 type r's you can wire them down to 1 ohm.

If that sub is a dual 4 ohm sub... than NO the sub can not be wired to 1 ohm. it can be wired to 2 ohms and also 8 ohms

I can get either both at the same price, but i dont want to take a risk, i read the alpine owner manual and it says that there is a risk if you wired to 1 ohm so i just better buy the 2 ohm one and still just buy a bigger amp :-(, because i dont know how to wired them either. or anyone can showme a diagram???
thanks for everything

What is confusing you here is that Alpine only prints one manual for both the 2 and 4 ohm versions, so what they are saying is that if you wire the 2 ohm model down to 1 ohm there is a risk of overheating and eventually frying an inferior amp that is not stable at 1 ohm. But since you say your amp is (or will be) stable than get the 2 ohm version and wire it like below.
