Need Subwoofer Amp

I would like to get to, or as close as I can to 2,000 RMS @ 1 Ohm (mono). This amp needs to be 1ohm stable (2,000 W x 1) if its a 1 chn, or 2ohm stable ( 1,000 W x 2 stereo). Im open to suggestion, maybe some one has something for me ? Shoot me some models and prices. Im calling my budget no higher than $300. And I want to lean towards SQ, so no fleamarket stuff. Im serious about buying, so lets make some quick money. And no broken Bull****. Im pushing 2 Premire TS-W3004SPL 12's in a ported enclosure if that helps at all. According to rovin (and me cuz i own pioneer subs) they sound boomy, but later when they break in have decent SQ for what you paid. In a good box, they're very good. BRO, since you're very tight, there are just two models that can give you the amount of 2000w at 1 ohm. 1- Hifonics bxi 2006d (1700w rms at least) 2- Power acoustik a3000db (2000-2100w rms at 1 ohm). I've seen some benchtests so it's true. |

Had Kx2500.1 pushig 4-L7 15's, and a JL 450/4 (higs/mids). Never had any problems with dimming or spiking. Ya think it would be beneficial to upgrade if there are no current issues ? ^^Sure, Im aware they are mainly SPL subs, but I think is what I was really getting at is no Flea market super cheap stuff that will sound like crap, just want a lil lean towards SQ. I know I CANT get something like Audison or Mcintosh , but dont want anything like Pyramid. Maybe Kicker, Memphis, Orion, Mmats, ya know, something along those lines. |
