Ported for my P2????

So i got a RF P2 12" running off of a RF P300.1 it is in a sealed box right now 1 sqft. If i get a ported box will it be much loader and could u give me a webiste that shows u the dimensions for the box...THX

if u want a ported box and need dimensions..u can go to the RF website and look at their recomended sizes....

and if u wanna build one custom for ur trunk..heres a link that will give u a plan..

Yeah it will be noticably louder and will hit harder, but not a massive difference. That sub calls for a 1.8² vented so with displacement you are looking at 2.0²+ which would be a little bigger than the box below. Your amp usually benches in the 380+ range so it's a pretty good match for that woofer.

Good match for that woofer?? The woofer is rated 250 rms... which means hed be overpowering it ONLY about 150 or so over is it does 400..

Suspected...you're giving them even more credit than they deserve...they are 200RMS I believe

and thats 400W RMS @ 2 ohm, and 252 W RMS @ 4 ohm for the amp and the sub is 4 ohm
