I mean L7's arent terrible and they get loud. Their SQ is really muddy and they dont have great build quality. That being said, you won't necessarily blow them if you install them correctly and treat them carefully.

Look into audioque or ficaraudio.

for there price, they are excellant spl subs, i dont like their sq....with that said i would look into different subs imo

a vibe amp, puts out a 1000watts. I'm not looking for the best system out there i just want a couple of good subs that people can hear a little bit. i'm not looking to spend high dollar money.

look at a couple audioque SD2.5s or maybe an Fi.SSD or Q. Also look at ebay for a RE SX. That would work well with your amp. Also, do you know if the vibe is 1 ohm stable?
