FL has alot of comps all the time, so does ATL, you got to drive some of these trips, cause its not in the backyard, but thats the FUN of spl.. loading up your trailer with your extreme van, or driving your suv to FL (12hrs) its pretty easy to travel on the east coast... also alot of comps within 6hrs drive.. beside your not far from VA, which has lots of comps!
