I just bought a 2000 rodeo and it has disgustingly bad speakers. 5 1/4" garbage in front and 4" extreme garbage in back.
Ideally, I would like to put 6x9's in the back and 6 1/2's in the front.
I would rather do it this way, instead of replacing the 4's and installing a sub. I see spacers online and lots of other ideas for aftermarket mounting of 6x9's. Does anyone have experience in going from something as small as a 4' to a 6x9?
Any help would be much appreciated. I will be purchasing a HU, AMP, front and rear speakers.
