$300 for 2 ed 19ov 18" subs brand new? good deal??

They are still sealed and have never been powered for 300 bucks. Should I do it. I think they are a little over 200 + shipping on the ed website.

IMO...i think the ov's are nice subs...not great or anything..but better then average.
