New Sub

derek smith Silver Member Username: Dsmith07 LaGrange, NC US oF A Post Number: 424 Registered: Jun-06	Posted on Tuesday, January 23, 2007 - 00:21 GMT I'm in the market for a new sub and am lookin at the Soundsplinter Rl-p 12"...i got about 300$ to work with and that sub is sexy and has some good reviews to it...it will be powered by a jl 500/1 unless i sell it and buy a 1000-1200 watt amp... does anybody have any suggestions to other subs in the 300$ budget that would do good on the jl 500/1? for now im going to say i have 500 watts to work with until i make a final decision on sellin the 500/1 .

I would give a rl-p more than 500w myself. The BM can do great with it though. that was the first thing that came to mind. look into it but I'm not saying thats the only option lol
