ok .. well I blew my front left door speaker right..well when that happend my whole vocals in my truck went out...if I knock on the speaker the will come on until they hit a bump then go off..soo I thinking loose connection somthing... well instead of tearing the whole door off my truck (1999 dodge dakota) I was just going to un hook it from the cd player (pioneer 6800) well it doesn't seem to be help..
Dont know what you need help with, unhooking the speaker from a diff location will not make any diff at all. Did you need help removing the panel to the speaker, or replacing it ?
soo if I unhook the speaker front left high from the cd player it will not help at all from shorting the others out... so what I got to do is remove the panal from my door and replace it??
no, you can disconnet the speaker from the radio. Take some wirecutters, and just cut the acess wire from the insulation. Tape it up, and you should not have a problem. IF the problem persists, then you issue is elsewhere.
Do I got that right, youve already disconnected it and its still actin up ?
