Hey man sorry. My grandfather was confused on what I was trying to explain to him. He says you need two runs of 0 awg wire. One to carry the full current capability of the alternator and the other to carry the full load capability of the battery. He said the alternator doesnt need more than a 0 awg because it can't put out more than that. Then from the main battery run two 0 awgs back (one for the alternators capability and the second for the batterys own current output).

I just wanted to clear that up for you before anything burns up...lol TTYL
