well first of all if there soundstreams they dont exctley suck.....but if you are on a budget..try something along the lines of pioneer or kicker..
what is ur budget-rms of subs?

iv already got the 2 soundstream 15's. now i just need an amp to power them. and the total rms power for the subs together will be 2000 watts.

you're not going to get 2000w rms cheap, and you certainly won't get it out of a 2 ch amp. A pair of DVC 1's can be wire for a 1 ohm total load which makes them a great match up to a class D mono amp stable at 1 ohm.

Off the top of my head legitimate 2000w amp for a pair of dual 1's would be the Soundstream PCA2000D - it will cost you about $440 shipped from sonicelectronix.com

Another option considered to be an "affordable" BIG amp would be the Hifonics bxi2006D, which is about $350 shipped from onlinecarstereo.com

To save some money you can step down in power and still get great performance out of your subs.

The Hifonics tx1505d will give each sub 600-700w rms and is $200 shipped.
