Which ohm sub to get??

i have the HK802sk MA audio amp and i need to know if i should get two dual 2 ohm Q's or two dual 1 ohm Q's...?? help me out..the specs on the amp are below..

500 watts RMS x 2 @ 4 Ohms Stereo
800 watt RMS x 2 @ 2 Ohms Stereo
1,400 watt RMS x 2 @ 1 Ohm Stereo
2,200 watts RMS x 2 @ 0.5 Ohm Stereo
4,400 watt RMS x 1 @ 1 Ohm Bridged mono

2 dual 2 ohm subs will get yuo a 2 ohm load

2 dual 1 ohm sub will get you a 1 ohm load

get the dual 1 ohm version. Wire each sub in series, and then wire them together in parallel. bridge the amp. The amp will see 1 ohm and will be bridged. 4400watts. That amp does not put out that much power. Look on the amp. find the fuses. add them up unless there is only one. multiply by 14 and then multiply by .65. Current(number(s) on fuses) X voltage(14v(stock alts are around 13.8v)) = watts. But u must multiply by .65. Class A/B amps are only around 65% efficient, while class D amps are around 80% efficient. A class D(digital) will produce more power with the same amount of current then a class A/B(solid state) will. Your amp is most likely a class A/B. But if you know other wise then multiply by .8. And that is still just a ballpark estimate, but u may be surprised.
