Here we go... I have an 03 quad cab Dodge Ram. I am going to get rid of all the speakers and start over. I need a good set of comps for the front (6.5") with a budget of 200-250 on them.
For the rear fill Im looking at some ascendant aduio midbass drivers (when they come back for sale) other suggestions would be nice there.
Would like one amp to run both but will buy two of it's a good price. Looking around 200 or so for the amp.
-IMO- Diamond Audio Hex series makes some really nice 6.5 in comps. Inf Kappa has some really cheap but nice for the money (kappas or perfects). Def cant go wrong with DLS or CDT. All can be purchase within your budeget. It will depend on what kind of sound you prefer to hear, but you cant go wrong with any of them. I also saw a post where a guy was selling some QSD216's (Very nice), he only wanted $300.
