Havoc Box Help... plz

I just bought a havoc and i am building a box for it... right now it is 20x30 and 10 inches deep... i need to know how to port it and what the demensions are... like do you just cut out a hole in the wood.. or what? also should you insulate the inside... im am using 3/4 mdf board as well so...

hate to say but that box is too small for a ported 15"

2.594cu.ft and that is before displacement

That box is alil small for a havoc 15".

For a havoc, I would try 3.5cuft net tuned to ~35hz w/ ~50sq inches of port.

Try this:
36"x16.5"x16.5"
port 15" x 3.25"....24.75" long.

yeah its in the back of a dodge caliber.... so that might not fit and i already started buildin the box so yeah im f-u-cked......

make the box sealed and see how you like it first.

so would you reccomend going sealed or ported.... probably ported but oh well..... yeah since its like in a suv and all... so yeah any other suggestions feel free... i am not the most inteligent person in the world by any means....

for the havoc definatly ported, but i'd try the sealed box first and see how you like it, it may fit your needs as it is.

hey wait a sec what is the cubic feet of 20x30 by 10 deep? cause i got 6000/ 144 and got 4.2? so isnt that right.... 30x20x10 equals 6,000 and 144 inches equals a square foot so ... isnt that right? correct me if i am wrong

ahh gotcha... throw out some numbers on how big i should make the box.... i have a dodge caliber so to fit in the back of that... also the port size and a quick diagram would be nice....

have wreak havoc design u a box............he made my design and the directions were easy as he11 to follow and it sounds awesome. by the way I have a 15in diamond in a 2.5 ported tuned to 33 and it sounds great.

i can fit like close to 40 inches across and about the same going the other way... and height doesnt matter... so yeah i got like a 40x40 area... so yeah theres your demensions......
