Hi everyone! I am new to this forum. I had Jensen VM 9311 in my truck and it was stolen. I got it back everything except the remote. I reinstalled it and everything works but i don't get any sound out of it. They tried to install it but didn't take the video box so they may have destroyed it. I may try to call Jensen ant see if it can be repaired and how much it might cost. It was less than a year old but Jensen could tell that the wiring was screwed up. Can anyone help me.
