Hey guys I just bought a 12" Kicker CVR and am wondering what type of box to go with. I am thinking sealed only because of the tight space in my Chevy Cavalier's trunk. But I am wondering what type of enclosure would produce the better sq. thanks

sealed will msot likely give you better sq, while ported will get it louder than a sealed.

once again, i agree w/ steven, CVR's dont have all that good of SQ to begin with, so you migth as well just use the ported box, you wont lose hardly any sq and itll be louder.

and it your cavalier is newer,(like 1995 or up)it has plenty room for a single 12 with a ported box.

whoops.. forgot you only have one lmao..

if space is an issue i bet you'd still be safe with 2.0cu.ft .. 32 square inches of port tuned to 35hz
