Right now i have a RE SX 12 with about 1200RMS going to it with my Hifonics Titan TX1505D (cause they only put out about 80%) but ive had it for a year and its just not loud enough, SQ is just fine. But ive been looking at the Fi BTL, would these subs be the right choice for me. id still like to have SQ as well as SPL. or should i just get another SX? 1 or 2 subs, i would like 2 but will settle with 1. budget is around 700.00 for subs + the money if i sell my SX
I'd just throw in another SX 12" and amp.. or upgrade to an SX 15".. unless you just did not like the way it sounded. I'm running a single 15" SX and it gets quite loud.. 140s daily no troubles
or you could throw more power to it .. I'm running 1800rms on mine... Depending on your box you could rebuild and retune to 35hz.. more of an SQL setup
