(IN ORDER)- thick brown thin grey/yellow stripe thick yellow thin brown thin red i have used the thin red and thin brown to connect up the cigarette lighter in the past and it works fine,( makes sense to me that the thinner wires would be for that because of low frequency of use) so im pretty sure the other 3 are for the radio/cd player, i.e constant +12v, ground, and ignition switch. i imagine the thick brown is ground, thick yellow is memory/constant +12v, which leaves thin grey/yellow for ignition switchline. does anybody outthere know for definite what wire is for what?? i have searched net far and wide and found nothing! any help and advice would be extremely appreciated. thanks tom |
