Qes = The electrical Q (which is a value given in a number form) of a speaker. It is the electrical efficiency of the motor. You basically want a low Qes and a high Qms.

Basically a motor with a low Qes means that it requires low electrical energy to make it start.

Qms = The mechanical Q of the driver.

A high Qms means that it will put out a lot of mecahnical energy, which means that you get a lot of energy for the electrical energy provided.
