I have 1 MA HK15X2 and the specs say that the sub needs 5 cubic ft of air space in a ported box. Now I was playing around with the measurements I have on RE audios box builder and the only way I can get 5 cubic ft is with a box tuned to 29 hz. Can I just make the box lets say 4 cubic ft and call it a day or will that be dangerous and harmful to the speaker?

nah itl be fine thats just the optimum amount of airspace for that sub. it wont hurt it if you run it under that its gona not be as loud but other than that it will be fine or you could do 4cbf then you could put one pound polyfill. and then its a 5 cbf box
