There are a couple of my friends that want me to go with DD! If I am leaning more to the SPL side of audio, I was wondering what would be the best series to go with! I am wanting a couple of the 15's so If I had about 750.00 to 800.00 which of the dd should I go with? I will probably be using my 2 Optidrive 2000d's!! help a fella out!

2 DD 3515's would be best way to run. 2 DD 3515's on 2000 rms TOTAL ran a 149 LEGAl on the TL not to long ago :-) You can get a pair shipped to you for $800

with the wattage u r using the 35s would be a better choice. dont underestimate them i use one 12 and its loud i hit 144.86 on a tl legal with 2500wrms and i hit 141.?? with only 1000wrms and this is one 12!

the best part about them is their quality is amazing at real loud volums and its hard as hell to heat them up! great subs.

Hey guys I really appreciate the info but if I was maybe later going to update from 2 2000d's to maybe a orion 5000 or 2 kicker 2500.1 should I probably try to save a bit more and get the 9515 series?? or do you all think that I would probably be ok with the 3500 series?? ~Rob

if ur not running more than 2k run the 3500's because the 9500's arent as efficient but if u r running around 2500 rms then get the 9500's because thats where they start to dominate. the 9500 on say 1500 rms will no be as loud as the 3500 at 1500 rms due tot he 9500 isnt very efficient. Oh yes and this is per sub
