i drive a mustang with the mach 460 sound system and want to add a single sub that will be very tight and crisp. i dont want loud in this car. i want the best sq possible and dont care about how loud it is.
yeah the w6 sub is perfect. i am running a single 12w6v2 off of 300wrms and it blends so well with the rest of the sound. it doesn't over power nothing. very musical.
I just picked up a diamond d6 not too long ago.. gets a good bit louder than my cousins 12w6v2 and costs about half the price. Try looking into that, i have a single 12 running off an ed nine 1 (700~wrms). Ive actually talked to a bunch of people taht tell me these things can take over 800wrms daily without a problem. The bass is really tight + clean, sounds AMAZING with rock + techno.
