thats not true...I have a 15 right now and it gets very loud considering I am only throwing 500 watts RMS at it.

it is true...dont care if u have one right now....it is more of an sq sub...gets kinda loud..but loudness is subject...it may not be loud to me...

the Q is overall better...but i have never heard one so i cant give u a more in depth review...but i have heard the rlp many times..great sq sub that is very efficient, and can take around 1200rms clean...

hmmm im not familiar w/ the crystal comps... r they sq? or r they spl? r they as loud as the L7s

crystal compX2's sql subs..and yes they are louder then L7's and sound better..also they are low end monsters...25-40hz are where they really shine

rlp is a great sub for the money if you are looking for more sq than sql but it still gets loud.

^^ Agree, the RL-p is a solid preformer. Great output to the ear in the right box and 500-1200 watts. I have not tested it against an FI Q.
