15" Fi q VS. MTX 12" 9500

Post Number: 270 Registered: Nov-06 | IMO-The Q IS GREAT FOR SPL AND SQL, mTx 9500 is more of a SPL Sub! in the distorted realms of my mind, I believe the Q would triumph!!! But, if you allready have the 9500, I would probably use it! Peer pressure!!!!! Thier both good subs, alot of people are drooling over the Q's right now, but IMO, the MTX has prooved itself time after time! But if your wanting some SQ, SELL the 9500 and get a MAG! There having a group sell on here and you really can't go wrong! Let me tell ya, some of these guys have been in the car audio game for years, and have boocoo experience, and when you mention this Mag group buy, its like children in a candy store!LOL CAN'T GO WRONG WITH A MAG OR THE Q! I think the best sounding sub from mtx is the 7500 line, some guys will agree with me and i don't think the 9500 worths the money. A fi Q fully loaded can handle 2000w rms, if you give them 1200w rms that would be sweet! good SQL, better than mtx when it comes to overall |

MTX is mainstream CRAP. they do NOT sound good minus the 7500's according to some folks, and the subs aforementioned can be had for a much lesser price than MTX subs. |
