1000 watt rms....what sub?

I have a rockford fosgat T500.2 Its a little over 1000 watts rms at 2 ohms. What kind of subs should i get. i wanna get 2 12's for around 300. any suggestions

i'd suggest some type Rs & u will still have about $70 leaf 4 mdf 2 make ur own box & get some wiring too ......

Grab a 15" Kicker CVX. 1000RMS and you wont REGRET it oneee bit.

alright...so i am thinking about the type r's...anyone in here have experinece with them. do they sound good? will they get loud with 500 watts a piece on them

I'm surprised no-one has noticed. That amp is only 500wrms.

yes thats my amp but i am telling you that the birth sheets said 1023 watts i believe. i lost the birth sheet but i know it is a little over 1000 watts
