but anyways...anyone know where to drill the hole in the firewall of a 2007-2006 rav4.....i cant like judge where to do it...im so afraid im gonna hit something...
Look under the dash for something that goes thru already. look under the hood and find that thing. see is theres an area near it thats free. then drill. Like if you see where the steering colume goes thru, check in side and outside for a drillable space near it.
dont be so perinoid. just use common sense and also drill where you can grab it from the other side and pull it through. Ive done some very not friendly firewall holes but hey, i got it done. Oh! and first look around for a boot that your stock wires go through, many times there is room for the new wire, you just simply have to cut a hole in the rubber boot instead of metal. good luck!
