seriously...
should I even bother getting an 18? or 2? I've only got 900 watts to work with, BUT I do have a Dodge Ram Van to accomidate! Gimme some options on decent to kick a s s choices, guys.

main objective is spl. (don't get me wrong... they gotta sound better than average too)
it'll be a daily driver... but I only listen to rap anyway.
good idea or not? better ones are welcome.

thanks.

for your app. i would say a Q in a ported Box. should get very loud and sound very good.

the 18" Q's eat up box space 6-10 cubes, but you have a van. sooooo:-)

if you can find one i'd get a avalanch, put it in a huge box tuned low and hold on.

if you can get your hands on a re sx 18 you will love it. they are very efficient and can easily work with the watts you have available. they are loud as fukkk too.

that's true...

especially the avalanche... I forgot all about that one! finding one would be next to impossible, though, huh?

what about the cerwin vega stroker??? didn't that sub achieve the same goal as the avalanche... only the hard way and much more expensive?
I found one for 350 bucks... should i jump on it or watch it go by?
